Whitewashed walls, blue shutters and a still sea. Nikos Andreou took over the family villas six years ago, aiming to offer hotel-level service without ever looking like a hotel.
What are your guests looking for?
Silence, above all. They want everything to work without hearing the machinery.
The best service is the one you only notice after you have left.
How do you offer experiences?
With restraint. A boat to a secluded cove, dinner with a fisherman from the village. Few things, but chosen ones.
